Get to Know Me

I'm a creative and energetic facilitator and instructional designer with over 25 years of experience in leadership development, communication, on-boarding and teamwork. I have been recognized for out-of-the-box thinking in creating engaging sessions where participants interact in a fun and low stress learning environment which encourages retention and the ability to transfer the skills to their careers. Having worked in sales, operations, customer service and professional training helps me be a valued strategic partner across organizations who are known for finding solutions to help meet business goals and resolve business challenges.

I'm also an experienced coach in group and one-on-one settings which has accelerated skill development and transfer for positive changes in behavior. This helps existing and emerging leaders at all levels to handle the daily challenges to become more efficient and effective.

Lastly, I am also a member of the Board of Regents (BOR) whose role is to advise the Advanced Manufacturing Centers in Connecticut to develop and direct the activities that produce viable employees to fill organizational needs with skilled workers to fill their skills gaps. These activities include curriculum development, plant tours, apprenticeship and internship opportunities.
